The missing layer between information and action.
Tshepo Mashilo began his career as a systems developer, moved through enterprise architecture and later served as Group CIO at Seacom and 3Sixty Health. Across those roles, the same architectural gap kept appearing: organisations could describe their applications, data and processes in detail, but material decisions were often embedded in configuration, policy, models, committees and individual judgement.
Brillion was established to work on that gap. EDAF™ provides the vocabulary and architecture. DecisionOne provides the operating system for turning that architecture into governed decision services. The work begins with a specific decision and the people accountable for it.
