Financial services decision architecture

Unify credit, risk, pricing, fraud and customer-treatment decisions with explicit authority.

Leadership and product experience

A regulated decision context

This reference map draws on Brillion leadership experience in regulated enterprise systems and current DecisionOne product design. It is not presented as a named Brillion customer implementation.

The decision environment

Financial decisions combine customer circumstances, affordability, risk appetite, regulatory obligations, portfolio position and product economics. The same policy intent can otherwise be implemented differently across channels and systems.

DecisionOne separates predictive risk from the authorised credit, pricing or treatment decision and preserves the policy, evidence, model version and review path used for each case.

Risk-adjusted credit treatment across channels

A business requests a credit facility through a channel whose workflow already contains affordability checks, risk models and product rules. The enterprise still needs one accountable determination of whether to offer credit and on which terms.

The architecture separates eligibility, affordability, predicted risk, pricing and delegated authority. Each component informs the authorised decision without allowing a score or channel implementation to become the decision by accident.

This is an architecture example, not a named customer case study or a claim of achieved results.
