Telecommunications decision architecture

Coordinate offer, credit, retention, fraud and network-resource decisions across channels and services.

Leadership operating experience

Grounded in telecommunications operations

The architecture reflects Tshepo Mashilo’s experience as a telecommunications Group CIO. It is a sector-informed reference model, not a claim of a named Brillion customer implementation.

The decision environment

Telecommunications decisions operate at high volume across network events, customer interactions, products and partner ecosystems. Timing matters: an offer, intervention or capacity decision must reach the operational system while it can still change the outcome.

DecisionOne connects commercial and network signals to authorised treatments, records which policy and model informed the result, and monitors outcome lift, drift and customer impact.

Selecting a customer intervention after service degradation

A customer experiences repeated service degradation while churn and value models indicate different levels of commercial risk. The operator needs to determine the authorised treatment across network, service and commercial teams.

The decision combines verified service events, customer context, treatment eligibility, predicted churn and offer constraints. Network remediation, communication and commercial treatment remain distinct actions coordinated by one decision record.

This is an architecture example, not a named customer case study or a claim of achieved results.
